Tourism in an important industry in Wagga Wagga. The Tourist Information Centre was established in 1979 on the Riverside reserve in Tarcutta Street.
Tourism is promoted by the Wagga Wagga City Council, where Wagga Wagga is promoted as an ideal venue for conferences, club meetings, sporting events and reunions.
