Wagga Wagga is a centre for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Riverina. There is a diversity of ICT services offered in the City. The services include:

- Hardware and software installation and maintenance

- Internet service provision

Broadband is accessible to many business and residential areas. As connectivity infrastructure is extended by Telstra this facility will grow.
The Wagga Wagga City Council is actively pursuing the development of high speed broadband infrastructure in the city and surrounding region. The availability of advanced telecommunications infrastructure in the city will be crucial to the ongoing business development in the city.
The CRU have recently surveyed the business community as part of a broadband demand aggregation project aimed at identifying the demand for broadband services in the community and stimulating telecommunications companies to invest on the back of that demand. Early indications are positive that there is interest in new investment in infrastructure in the city.
The Riverina Institute of TAFE and Charles Sturt University offer a broad range of courses in ITC, such as:
