Stephen has a Bachelor of Business in Land Economics and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Strata Managing Agent, Business Agent, Registered Valuer & Auctioneer.

He has 16 years experience in Property Management, Sales and Leasing and is highly experienced in Shopping Centre and Industrial Property Management.

Stephen has completed part 1 and 2 of the Shopping Centre Manager’s Diploma with the Property Council of Australia and is a Real Estate Institute of NSW Accredited Commercial Specialist.

He has been involved in many development projects from feasibility through to completion. The most significant local development being HomeBase Wagga Wagga, a purpose built Bulky Goods Retail Centre anchored by Harvey Norman and Bunning’s Warehouse.

After having started his career in Real Estate in Springwood NSW in 1992, Stephen moved to Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith, where he managed the Investment Management Department.

In this role his team comprised 12 Property and Marketing Managers and support staff, overseeing the Asset Management of 19 Retail and Bulky Goods Retail Shopping Centres.

Stephen moved to Wagga Wagga in 2000 where he worked with a private developer managing its diverse portfolio and overseeing the development management of HomeBase Wagga Wagga.

In 2003 Stephen re-entered professional agency and in 2005 merged his business with Raine & Horne Commercial.

Stephen is heavily involved in Commercial Sales having successfully realised large multi-million dollar projects including motels, development sites, retail shops and several large office complexes.
