Renovated to the 1920s, Roseleigh Manor boasts generous gardens and spacious rooms and is now available for your function or event with private courtyards, open gardens, function rooms of various sizes & styles.

THE ROSE & WILLOW
While at Roseleigh Manor, dine in opulence at the Rose & Willow restaurant. This 60-seat dining room is lavishly and tastefully decorated in original 1920’s style and offers a sumptuous menu reflective of the period made from local produce.

A further 32 guests may be accommodated in the adjoining and equally-luxurious Lincoln Board Room. The Lincoln Board Room is an exquisite area for those intimate dinners for two or for larger formal dinner parties.
For an enhanced dining experience, make your way to our magnificent courtyard to dine in al fresco splendor. Sit back and relax in the serenity of the countryside.

THE GRAND GARDENS
If you prefer outdoor dining, head towards the Grand Gardens. These elegantly-landscaped, 1920’s themed gardens are surrounded by glorious views of the rolling hills and surrounding countryside.
Accommodating up to 500 guests, this exquisite venue ensures a memorable day with ample photo opportunities. If a marquee is part of your function vision, the grounds at Roseleigh Manor provide the perfect setting.

LEAHY HALL
For weddings, conferences and special occasions, Leahy Hall accommodates up to 250 guests in spectacular style. Nestled in the serenity of the countryside, this purpose-built function room with a divider can form two completely separate rooms.

The smaller room allows for seating in various configurations for up to 60, whilst the larger room comfortably accommodates up to 180 delegates. Opening out to a spacious, enclosed veranda featuring a gothic fireplace, Leahy Hall is perfect for large groups seeking a private and luxurious venue.

TRANSPORT
Roseleigh Manor together with Phoenix Limousines are proud to provide safe, luxurious chauffered driven limousines for those specials occasions in your life. We are also able to offer a bus service capable of accommodating 17 passengers to and from the city at a prearranged time & location. A minimum booking of 10 passengers is required for the bus service.
When there are more than 17 delegates, we are able to organize a coach service to and from Roseleigh. Quotes are available upon request
